Terms & privacy

WORKING DRAFT · JULY 2026 · FULL TERMS PUBLISH WITH SUBSCRIPTIONS IN OCTOBER

What Kedge is, and is not

Kedge is an educational product. It is not legal, billing, or clinical advice, and it never replaces the judgment of the clinician, the biller, the supervisor, or the payer’s own word. Every answer cites its sources so you can verify them yourself.

No PHI, ever

Nothing about a patient enters Kedge. The product is designed so that it cannot hold protected health information: your questions are about rules, licenses, payers, and dates, never about the people in your care. Do not enter patient information; if you do, we delete it.

Your data

We collect what the product needs to work: your email, your license type and state, your questions, and your subscription status. We do not sell it, share it, or advertise with it. Waitlist emails receive the pilot invitation and launch notes, nothing else, and unsubscribe works the first time.

Answers are dated

Rules change. Every verdict and brief carries the date it was signed, and the app tells you when an answer you rely on has gone stale. A dated answer used past its date is used against our advice.

If you cancel

Your deadline alerts keep running after you cancel. A missed deadline helps no one, including us.
